(KECO) is a general civil engineering firm offering professional engineering and surveying services in Texas and southern New Mexico.  Consulting services include land and subdivision planning, roadway design, flood control projects, water and sewer sytems, and wastewater facilities.  The firm has surveyed, subdivided, and platted more than 30,000 acres of property in west Texas and southern New Mexico, including more than 250 subdivisions and 250 miles of local streets and roadways.  Our services for development include permitting, platting, right-of-way coordination between local and state agencies, street and roadway improvements, utility relocations, master drainage studies, final drainage design, site grading plans, engineer's estimates of probable cost, and total quality control management.
